Activating Your Card
For security purposes we need you
to activate your card. You won’t be able to load or spend
with your card until you have done so. Please remember to do this
before trying to use your card.
Step 1: Activate your
card
Call 0871 288 3228 and follow the instructions. You
will need your new card and the activation code printed in the
letter your card was mounted on. For security purposes you will be
asked to verify a number of pieces of information you gave during
the registration process.
Step 2: Retrieving your PIN
During the activation process you will be given your
PIN. If you forget your PIN you can also call this number
to be reminded of it.
Step 3: Setting up your account
Once activated you need to set up your online card
account so that you can view transactions, order additional cards.

Step 4: Loading your account
Once you have activated your card and opened your
account you can then load and go shopping.
