If you are an existing card holder and need assistance there are a number of ways in which our website can help:

Site Search: Our website has been enabled to allow you to search for a top, frequently asked questions, or general information about products and services. Enter your question in the search box top right of the website and results relating to your search will be displayed.

Help pages for products and services: Each product and service has its own description and help pages including the most frequently asked questions. Once you are a registered member of Life Champions you will also be able to search our products and services knowledge base which is constantly being updated with new information as well as hints and tips about how to get the Torso looking top leftbest out of our products and services.

Logging a case: If you can;'t find what you are looking for in the website you can also log a case. You will receive a case tracking number and will able to see your cases in your membership area.

Live Chat: Our website is fully automated with Live Chat that lets you chat online with a product expert. They will be able to guide you around the website, help  you with registrations and even share your screen with you to resolve your issue quickly. You an also request a call back to saving your telephone bill. If our products are engaged you will be able to request a call back from us when the next expert is available.
